KENT FIFE - DIRECTOR
I am passionate about pools and growing our business in this industry. My experience in landscaping offers a point of difference to our clients when they start on the pool building journey - I assist in nailing all the details. I am proud of our team and their level of commitment to deliver their best work every time. It is very rewarding watching our team members grow in their roles each year. Outside of work I can mostly be found on many different sports fields coaching and cheering on the kids or supporting my old faithful Hautapu Rugby Club.
ROSS BLAND - SENIOR TECHNICIAN & LANDSCAPER
Don't be confused if you hear us calling him John on site - he has a few nicknames including concrete extraordinaire! Ross has been a huge asset to our team since he joined in 2015. Having owned and operated his own landscaping company in the past, Ross is highly skilled in all areas of construction and particularly skilled in concrete and timber work. Ross takes on the role of Site Manager and is involved in guiding and training junior staff.
OLIVER HARNETT - TECHNICIAN & LANDSCAPER
Ollie has been with Line & Design for 4 years and after a brief stint away gaining expertise in the carbon fibre industry he is back with the team, much to our delight. Prior to joining us Ollie had a varied career in the biking industry and early childhood education. He has acquired many skills in the last 4 years and is now an experienced and senior member of our crew. Outside of work he continues to pursue his passion in biking. We look forward to Ollie continuing to grow in his role with us.
OLIVIA FIFE - OFFICE MANAGER
Olivia is our behind the scenes administrator. She is experienced in office life having been a solicitor in the past and enjoys balancing the office with creative projects - getting onsite with her camera capturing final transformations and taking on select interior styling projects. Olivia is Mum to the three Fife kids who are often out with Dad on the weekends on the other end of tape measures.
